Sing Unto God
• Need to use breathe support thru the line
• Always light through the whole piece
• Breath needs to be energized
• Melisma’s needs to be brought out, everything else needs to be quiet
• Crown – “cr – ahh – nn”
• Cyberbass has parts
o Go over your parts. Listen! Listen! Listen!

• The whole piece needs to be round, not thin
• Go over parts and German

• Vowels need to be rounded English
• Every cadence needs to slow down
o Watch! Watch! Watch!
• Men are locked chords underneath
• Baritones are singing bass part throughout
• Tenor 2’s are singing baritone part

Be very crisp and clean with consonants
Word stress!!!

Grow with crescendo m33 - m35
Watch for cut offs
Men release “wide” on the down beat m40
Women m47 - mf
Write double consonants - watch all - “shadowed desperate”
M72 - m90 write emotions - ripped my dearest child = angry
M88 mf to f - intense!
Pg -8 stay big keep f - bring to mf at m104 and build again to end

Start softly follow the crescendos and decrescendos
Every musical line is important
Everything round sound/pucker lips

Monday will be at Florida Southern like normal
