Lakeland Choral Society is an 80+ member, auditioned SATB choral group.

Rehearsals are held every Monday evening from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Florida Southern College in Room M208.  

If you are interested in joining our group, please email us at [email protected].  Spring Audition will only occur on January 12, at 6:30 pm prior to the 1st rehearsal of the season.  Auditions will be located at Florida Southern College.

Membership Fees for 2025-2026

New and Returning Members ........... $120/year or $60/semester.  Pay for the year in full by August 31, only pay $100 (savings of $20).
Polk County Educators .........................$75
Collegiate ...... $25 per semester

REQUIRED CONCERT ATTIRE:
​Each member is expected to purchase the appropriate concert attire. The MANDATORY concert attire is as follows:
Gentlemen Attire:     
  • black tuxedo jacket
  • white shirt
  • black bow tie
  • black socks
  • black shoes.

Ladies Attire:       
  • black floor-length dress with at minimum short sleeves. NO sleeveless, no spaghetti straps.  No slits above the knee
