As many of you recall from a previous memo, our colleague and friend, Jill Cheney recently passed away. There will be a Memorial Service honoring her on Saturday, August 5 at 11am at the McLeod Memorial Presbyterian Church on 695 W Stuart St. in Bartow. The Lakeland Choral Society has been asked to perform two pieces at the Service. We will probably sing from the Rutter book, as we've already performed those pieces, and Jill sang them with us. There will be a rehearsal at 7pm on Friday, 8/4 at the church. If you are available and can come, please let us know. (Remind is probably the easiest way)
